Order Processing and Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm (Monday to Friday) on the same day. Once your order has been processed, we will send you an email confirming that your goods have been dispatched.
Note: If your order contains items which are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order the dispatch time on those items may vary. Please refer to the relevant product details page for full details of applicable order processing and dispatch times.
Standard delivery is only £2.95. All orders over £49.99 qualify for FREE standard delivery.
Once dispatched, goods sent via standard delivery should reach you within 3 to 5 working days. We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been processed and your goods have been dispatched.
If you need your goods in a hurry, express delivery is available for only £4.95. Once dispatched, goods sent via express delivery should reach you within 1 to 2 working days. We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been processed and your goods have been dispatched.
All our orders are sent via Royal Mail the UK's biggest and most experienced mail operator.
What if I'm not in when you deliver?
Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Saturday, between 9am and 6pm. If you or your intended recipient are not available, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver your goods. Follow the instructions on this card to collect your goods or to rearrange delivery.

My order is late what should I do?
Standard orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days and express orders within 1 to 2 working days. However some delays can occur, particularly during busy times of the year or when there is a postal strike. If your recommended delivery time has elapsed and you have still not received your goods please contact us and we will investigate.
