Returns Policy

Returns

At Edora we will happily accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Please note, we have the right to make a reasonable deduction from the full refund amount for diminished value of goods i.e if you have handled the item(s) beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functions.

You can return your goods to us at the address below. Please note, the cost of return postage will be at your expense unless your goods were found to be faulty or incorrect. We will process a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods or you supplying proof that the goods have been sent back to us.

Non-Returnable Goods

Personalised Products: Unfortunately, goods that are personalised or bespoke are non-refundable, unless faulty. To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is non-refundable before ordering.

Earrings: In compliance with current health and hygiene regulations we do not accept the return of unwanted earrings. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

We take great care to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition. However, if your goods are found to be damaged or faulty, please email customerservices@edora.co.uk stating your order number, a description of the fault and whether you'd like a full refund or a product exchange. We will then email you back with full instructions of how you can return your goods to us, free of charge.
