Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

Use of the edora.co.uk website and the sale of all goods facilitated through this site are subject to the terms and conditions set out below. Accessing this site and/or placing an order implies that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions then please refrain from using this site.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time, therefore it is your responsibility to review this page periodically to determine whether any changes have been made.

2. Orders

Each order you place shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the goods specified within it subject to our specified terms and conditions. All orders are subject to acceptance. No order shall be deemed to be accepted until we issue you an email acknowledging the despatch of your goods from our warehouse. Ownership of the goods will then pass to you on despatch.

We reserve the right to decline an order in the following circumstances:

  • The ordered goods are temporarily out of stock.
  • Upon review of your order a pricing or product description error is found.
  • We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
  • You fail to comply with any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions i.e. non UK-based shipping address.

If for any reason, your order cannot be accepted we will notify you at the earliest opportunity by telephone or email.

3. Cancellations

Please note that under the UK Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you are entitled to cancel your order up to 7 working days after the day on which you receive your goods. However, please be aware that you cannot cancel personalised, bespoke or made-to-order items once the manufacturing process has started to make those goods unique to you.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must email us at customerservices@edora.co.uk before the aforementioned cooling-off period expires.

Where goods have already been despatched, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods if he or she wishes to exercise their right of cancellation. All goods must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Refer to the guidelines set out in our returns page for more information regarding returning any unwanted items.

4. Returns

Whilst every care is taken to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition, there are rare occasions where goods can become damaged in transit. If your goods do not reach you in good condition or are faulty then please refer to our returns page for full details of how you can return those items to us.

5. Prices

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

6. Product Descriptions

While every effort is made to ensure the product descriptions, information and prices quoted on our website are portrayed accurately, slight variations may occur from time to time.

For example, if a products price is being updated on our system and an order is placed before the update has been completed, a slight miss-match may occur between the quoted price and the actual price. If such an event arises, we reserve the right to decline the order in accordance with our order acceptance policy.

Please note that all product measurements are approximate guides and while every effort is made to ensure the product images displayed on our site are as similar as possible to the actual product, an exact match cannot always be guaranteed due to variations in an individual users screen calibration and the allowable accuracy of current photographic and publishing processes.

7. Delivery Information and Costs

While every effort is made to deliver your goods within the time periods specified in our delivery page, we do not accept liability for any loss caused to you by failure to deliver within the specified timescales.

8. Personalised Goods

When filling in the required fields on goods that are personalised or made-to-order, please double check your spelling as your order will be processed exactly as you have typed and mistakes cannot be rectified once your goods have entered the manufacturing phase.
